Heat Strengthened Glass


KSG Heat Strengthened Glass manufactured similarly to Tempered Glass, except the glass is cooling less rapidly.
Heat Strengthened Glass is twice as strong and possesses greater impact compared to ordinary glasses.
When broken, the pattern is similarly to ordinary glasses but the fragments lock together and remains in the frame.

Heat Soaked Glass


Heat Soaked Test (HST) was introduced to check for the presence of Nickle Sulfide in the Tempered Glass. The glass with Nickle Sulfide will break in the Heat Soaked Oven.


Therefore, the chance of spontaneous breakage of the Tempered Glass after Heat Soaked Test due to the pressure of Nickle Sulfide should be reduced to the minimum.
